Tonya the daughter and antagonist of her older brothers. As the youngest and the only daughter, she is able to get anything out of her fathe

Stories
The story is about Chris Rock (American Comedian) childhood. He emphasises certain points to entertain the audience and relate to their lives. It is set mainly in their apartment in the downtown area of Brooklyn. It is mainly created in a studio except for the street scenes, where they shut off a quite urban road. This is used to create a true to life affect, it makes the audience believe that it is set in the 80's.

Camerawork
The main focus in this scene is the 180 degree rule. The camera passes between each character but we know where they are placed around the table with this rule. There is frequent panning shots around the table, this is used so the audience can act as a member of the family and have a more realistic perspective. The shots used are generally close ups then followed by more mid shots of two characters together. Shot/reverse shot is used to show characters involvement, interaction, emotions and facial expressions.

Stories use dialogue to tell the stories. Occasionally, monologues
are built in (as voiceovers, a character telling a story). In this case it is Chris Rock, telling the view of Chris in the Tv Drama, so it is like a voiceover but a link to what a internal character is thinking and analysing.

Music is used here to set the scene of the story, it is a strong bass sound so it resembles the popular music at the time, this is a non-diagetic sound. It is used to emphasises emotions and key lines in the dialogue.

The Brown Retro wall paper is a subgenre we can tell when the story is set from this. Also the basic clothes they wear, this tells us they are quite poor and the fashion industry was not very daring.
